Dardis Academy provides executive level training and real-world experience to a select number of students thoughout the country to participate in a 10-week summer internship. The official learning plan as well as three reflection papers for the internship are attached so please take a look at what I have written to get a better undertanding of my internship from May, 2014, through August, 2014. There is also a letter of recommendation written by Coutrney Conklin, a recruitment manager for Dardis Academy, addressing my performance as an employee during the summer internship. Finishing in the top 10 out of more than 200 interns is something that I am very proud of. The learning plan was written prior to the start of the internship. The three written relfections; one towards the beginning, one in the middle, and one at the end, give a full discription of the progress throughout the internship.
